Hello, I’m Otoniel Flores, a Venezuelan living in Miami. The idea for the Cold Cup Tumbler came to me out of a personal need. I love enjoying a cold beer by the pool or at the beach, but it always gets warm too quickly. I started researching the market, testing various cups and plastic ice packs, but nothing worked. I even disassembled most of the available cups, which led me to the idea of creating a unique solution that keeps drinks cold for hours. With a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for solving everyday problems, I leverage my skills and knowledge to develop this innovative product.
In 2020, after securing a patent and finding reliable suppliers, I was ready to bring this innovative solution to the world. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit, and my supplier shut down operations, causing me to lose my investment. This was a devastating blow, but it also gave me time to perfect the design.
